Our Professionals Union knows that the MBTA's transportation system is the backbone of our region and that we all rely and depend on it. When it performs well, we all perform well. More crucial to our transportation system than the buses, trains, and infrastructure, though, are the people. When the people at the MBTA are able to perform well, then we all truly perform well. That's why it is imperative that we rise to meet the challenges of supporting the system fairly and equitably with our strength as a united collective. That's why IFPTE Local 105 works together to improve the MBTA as a system and as a place to work.
